Information when ordering
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process your order neatly and quickly for you. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services and shared with our webshop provider (MyOnlineStore), delivery service and paymant provider.
We only store this personal data in order to provide you with better and faster service in the future.

Provision to third parties

Webshop software MyOnlineStore
The data that you enter when placing an order, registering as a new customer or filling in the contact form, is stored on the secure servers of MyOnlineStore. MyOnlineStore ensures reliable security of all customer data. By default, a secure SSL connection is used.
Payment provider Mollie B.V.
After completing your order, you will be referred to our payment provider Mollie. Here you can select a payment method for the payment of your order. Information will only be requested that is needed to complete the payment.
Shipping service Sendcloud
After placing your order, the adress label is generated by Sendcloud. This platform works toghetter with al major parcel services. In this way we can ship the order in the most attractive and fastest way. For this it is necessary to share your name, address and residence details with Sendcloud. This informatiom is only used for the delivery of your order.

Newsletter
You are free to sign up for our newsletter. Here you can find information about new products, offers and tips. The e-mail adress for this newsletter is only used for this application. There is a link under each newsletter to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Google Analitics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Data is deleted via Google Analytics after 14 months

Cookies
Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some functions and services on our and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.

Participation in tax and criminal investigations
Cagenut.eu may be required to share your informatiom in connection with government tax or criminal investigations under a legal obligation. In one case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.

Retention periods
We keep your date as long as you are our customer. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Then we will remove this customer profile from our system. Bases on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoives with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the legal terms runs.

If you need to know what information we have about you, you can always contact us to adjust it or have it removed.
