Returns

Not satisfied with your product? It can always happen that you have ordered the wrong item or that the product does not meet your wishes. That is not a problem with us. As a consumer you have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after delivery to return the product without giving any reason. This does not apply to specially ordered or produced products.

How to act with a return.

The product must not be damaged and must be returned in the orginal packaging.
Fill in the return form for withdrawal and mail it to info@videohouse.nl.
Pack and ship the items in the same or similarly robust packaging to the following address:

Frank the package at a send service point. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
When we have received the return in good condition and the purchase amount has already been paid, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the account with wich the purchase was also made.
